Specializing in Child, Adolescent, and Family Therapy

Hi, I’m Beverly Benoit, and I’m passionate about helping children, adolescents, and families build resilience, strengthen relationships, and break the cycles of generational trauma. With experience working with children as young as 4 through adulthood, I provide a safe and compassionate space for kids and teens to explore their emotions, navigate life’s challenges, and develop lifelong coping skills.

My approach to therapy is grounded in understanding how adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and generational trauma impact mental health and relationships. I believe healing begins with awareness and connection—whether helping a child process big emotions, guiding a teen through identity and self-esteem challenges, or supporting parents and families in creating healthier communication and attachment patterns.

I also offer family therapy and marriage counseling, recognizing that the health of the family system is vital to a child’s well-being. Whether your family navigates life transitions, behavioral concerns, or relationship challenges, I’m here to help you find practical strategies to create positive change.

At Kinder Mind, I’m committed to meeting each client where they are, providing tailored support that empowers children and families to heal, grow, and thrive.
